Financial Highlights

British Land’s value-add strategy is focused on segments with the strongest occupational fundamentals, with market leading positions, both in scale and quality in London office campuses and retail parks. We believe performance is driven by great execution and, in this vein, the platform, expertise and focus on asset management position the business well to outperform. With 90% of assets concentrated in these resilient subsectors, we are delivering 3–5% rental growth through expert asset, leasing and development management.
