British Land have appointed Michael Wiseman, Head of Campuses, to the company’s Executive Committee.

Since joining British Land from ING Real Estate Development in 2011, Michael has held several senior roles across office leasing, asset management and development. He has been instrumental in shaping British Land’s campus strategy, playing a key role in transforming Broadgate into one of London’s most successful mixed use campuses and leading the company’s expansion into Science and Technology, establishing Regent’s Place as a growing hub for innovative businesses.

He has overseen British Land’s office leasing activity, securing major lettings to a wide range of organisations.

Simon Carter, Chief Executive of British Land, said: “Mike’s deep market knowledge and strong customer relationships have been central to British Land’s sustained leasing success and the performance of our London campuses over the past decade. His experience and commercial approach will be invaluable to our Executive Committee in shaping our customer strategy and driving operational performance.”
