British Land announces 16,000 sq ft of retail and dining deals for Broadgate Central. This brings the new retail and leisure space on the ground and lower ground floors of the recently completed 1 Broadgate to 79% let or under offer, with good interest on the remaining space.
Some of the new arrivals include;
- Boots Fragrance - Boots’ first-ever fragrance-only boutique
- Molton Brown – iconic British Makers of Fragrance, expanding its presence with a brand new store
- NOTTO To Go – building on the success of Michelin-starred chef Phil Howard’s NOTTO Pasta Bar restaurants, it will bring premium, ingredient-led pasta to the City. With a signature burrata bar and a no-compromise approach to takeaway, it will also have a handful of seats for those who want to eat in
- Läderach – the premium Swiss chocolatier renowned for its unparalleled freshness and exquisite craftsmanship
- Maison Ladurée – the world-renowned Parisian patisserie, offering its Luxury Macarons, along with signature Eugenies, chocolates, preserves, jams, biscuits, teas, cakes, honeys and introducing a speciality range of signature cafe lattes and beverage range
- Moss – a heritage brand bringing contemporary menswear to Broadgate
- Strip – for all your hair removal needs
- Murdock London – a barber approved, British made grooming brand, shaped by nearly two decades of expertise behind the chair
- Sandwich Sandwich – a sandwich shop which prides itself on making the tastiest sandwiches, using the freshest and locally sourced ingredients
- Sushinoya – offering sushi, hot dishes, and rice bowls made fresh daily
They will join a number of high-profile fashion brands already secured for the scheme, including Mango, Luca Faloni, Hobbs and Whistles, along with Vagabond, the unique and quirky wine bar.
Broadgate Central will span the ground and lower ground floors of 1 Broadgate and 100 Liverpool Street, linking Liverpool Street station to Finsbury Avenue Square with 120,000 sq ft of retail and hospitality space.

Broadgate boasts 289,000 sq ft of premier retail, hospitality, and leisure space, and the new arrivals join an already strong roster including Eataly, Los Mochis London City, Everyman, Monica Vinader, Tommy Hilfiger and Space NK.
