Leamington Spa is located approximately 11 miles south of Coventry and 95 miles north west of London. It has a very good communications being three miles north of junctions 13, 14 and 15 of the M40 motorway which lead to the M42, M6 and M5 motorways. Regular train services run to London Marylebone with a journey time of 1 hour 45 minutes.

Within a ten minute catchment area there is an estimated population in excess of 84,000 persons rising to in excess of 186,000 persons within a 20 minute catchment.
