Benchmarking and measuring

Benchmarking and measuring enable us to monitor our progress and compare our performance to our peers. They also inform the targets that we set annually to drive performance.

Our customers and us: In 2008/09 British Land achieved the top quartile on the Real Service Best Practice Index of Customer service, for the second year. We benchmark our occupier survey findings against the Occupier Satisfaction Index.
