Location
The scheme is located approximately 1.5 miles to the west of Brighton town centre, in a popular residential area. To the north is the A270, one of the main access roads to Brighton from the west, which joins the A23 (London Road) to the north of the town centre.
The park is generally surrounded by good quality private residential dwellings with a small industrial / commercial estate.
Description
