Location

Barnstaple is a thriving market town and regional shopping centre for North Devon.  The town is approximately 40 miles north-west of Exeter and 50 miles west of Taunton.  The park is situated 400 metres from the town centre, adjacent to another phase of the same scheme which is under separate ownership and let to B&Q, Halfords, Allied Carpets and Tiles R Us.

Description

The scheme, originally developed as Phase 2 in 1999, extends to over 53,000 sq ft with a total of five retail units and a restaurant.
