The British Land Company PLC (“British Land”) announces that Sir David Michels, a non-executive Director from January 2003, has submitted his resignation to the Board today.
Sir David has taken the decision to resign due to the pressure of other business commitments and will leave the Board on a date to be mutually agreed.
