The Board of British Land confirms that CEO Stephen Hester, is to become Chief Executive of The Royal Bank Of Scotland. A suitable date for Stephen to take up his appointment will be agreed shortly between both companies. In the meantime Stephen remains in place as Chief Executive and British Land will announce succession plans in due course.
