Bunzl plc, the international distribution and outsourcing Group, has taken a lease of 9,075 sq ft on the part 3rd floor of British Land’s York House, London W1 and will be moving into their new office headquarters next spring.
Only 3,490 sq ft of office accommodation remains available on the ground floor and all retail units are now either let or under offer.
Other office occupiers who have joined British Land at York House include the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation with 33,700 sq ft and Moor Park Capital Partners with 4,800 sq ft.
York House retail occupiers include Aveda Life Style Salon and Spa, Patisserie Valerie and HSBC.
Bunzl’s operations are spread across North America, Europe and Australasia supplying a broad range of internationally sourced products to the food service, grocery, cleaning and safety, non-food retail and healthcare sectors.
