Our managing agents support the business needs of retailers by ensuring that our properties offer a safe, well-presented trading environment for retailers and customers.

They do this by ensuring the site is managed to agreed standards, procuring services for cleaning, maintenance and security, controlling service charge expenditure for all retailers, ensuring all legal requirements (including health and safety) are observed and co-ordinating marketing support.
