Location

Llandudno is situated on the North Wales Coast approximately 17 miles north east of Bangor and 47 miles west of Chester.

Mostyn Champneys is situated immediately to the east of Llandudno town centre, on an island site, bounded by Mostyn Broadway to the north; Clarence Crescent to the east; Conway Road to the south; and Charlotte Road to the west. A small element of the park, lies outside these boundaries, being situated to the west of Charlotte Street.

Description

The park has been developed in several phases. Phase I was constructed in 1989 and represents the majority of the development.

In the early 1990’s two additional units were developed in the car park, along the boundary with Charlotte Road.

Phase 2 was developed in 1994 and comprised four retail units and a McDonalds drive thru' restaurant. Phase 2 lies immediately to the south of Phase 1, fronting onto Conway Road. The retail units are in a staggered terrace configuration, continuing the terrace from Phase I.

Both phases are now entirely integrated, sharing the same access points and car park.

Accommodation

The scheme is currently arranged as 18 retail units, one leisure unit, a car wash plus the McDonalds, with a total gross internal area of 220,088 sq ft. Car parking is set out in front of the retail units and provides 1,021 car spaces giving an overall ratio of 1:216 sq ft (1:20 sq m).
