The British Land Company PLC announces today that Andrew Jones, Executive Director and Head of Retail, has informed the Company that he is considering leaving British Land and he has commenced discussions with the Company regarding the timing of any such departure.

This announcement is made pursuant to the Company’s obligations under the Listing Rules in respect of the Circular to shareholders expected to be posted today.
