British Land is a FTSE100 property company with offices near Marble Arch and Hyde Park in the heart of London.
We have a small head office of around 160 people and outsource many aspects of our business. This means we rely on a compact, core, professional in-house team and, unlike most other FTSE100 companies, do not have significant numbers of people working in similar roles across the company.
As a result, anyone who joins us is likely to have exposure to senior people and to a wide range of tasks within the organisation. At British Land, people have a real opportunity to get involved, build significant experience and make an impact in the business.
Our business model means that we need to recruit infrequently and, when we do, we look for appropriately skilled and experienced people.
When opportunities do arise, it's likely that they would be in the areas of property investment, development, asset management, finance, strategy or IT. Most of this recruitment is done via specialist agencies.
