For the year to March 2012, the Board's intention is to maintain the dividend at 6.5 pence per quarter.
The second quarter dividend of 6.5 pence per share will be paid on 17 February 2012 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 13 January 2012 and will be a Property Income Distribution ('PID'). The Company will not be offering a scrip alternative with this dividend.
