Hercules was created in September 2000 as a closed-ended Jersey property unit trust to invest in properties in major warehouse or shopping park locations in the United Kingdom. The objective of the Trust is to creatively and actively manage the retail park assets to achieve rental and capital growth above the benchmarked targets whilst not exposing the Trust to speculative risk.
British Land Property Advisers Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of British Land, is property adviser to Hercules.
