Hatters Way is situated approximately 32 miles north of Central London, 10 miles west of Stevenage and 12 miles north of Hemel Hempstead and can be reached via Junctions 10, 10A and 11 of the M1 motorway.
The property is located on Chaul End Lane, close to the roundabout junction with Hatters Way (the A5065). Chaul End Lane leads to Dunstable Road and Junction 11 of the M1. Hatters Way links to Luton Town Centre to the east and Dunstable to the west.
