The 2nd Interim Dividend for 2006/7, paid on the 18 May 2007, was the first quartely dividend paid under the Company's new dividend policy announced on the 21 November 2006. This dividend payment does not constitute a Property Income Distribution. The 1st Interim Dividend paid on 16 November 2007 was the first dividend that continued a PID element ( as well as a non-PID element).
