Electronic communication service

Shareholders can elect to receive shareholder communications, such as the Annual and Interim Reports, electronically.

Shareholders who wish to take advantage of this service may register their request free of charge through our registrar's website at www.shareview.co.uk. Once registered, shareholders will receive notification by e-mail at their registered e-mail address, informing them when documents are available. In order to be able to view documents, shareholders will need access to a PC with Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 (or later version) web browser software. Other required software is available on that website.

Shareholders who have registered to receive electronic notification but decide in the future they would prefer to receive paper copies may change their preference via the www.shareview.co.uk website. Shareholders who wish to continue to receive all communications in paper form need take no action.
