Location

Bristol is the largest commercial centre in the south west of England. The retail park is located about 3 miles north east of the city centre, close to Junction 2 of the M32, which links the city centre with the M4 and M5 to the north.

The scheme is situated adjacent to an IKEA superstore and a Tesco Extra, which also share the same access.

Description

The scheme comprises 9 units and a stand alone drive thru restaurant occupied by Burger King, providing 114,066sq ft (10,301 sq m) of retail accommodation in two terraces connected by a covered walkway. A new restaurant unit is currently under construction to be occupied by Pizza Hut.

One of the best retail parks serving Bristol, the property was originally constructed in 1987 and has since been substantially refurbished and redeveloped in two phases in 2001 and 2004.
