Location

Preston is the administrative centre of Lancashire and is located approximately 31 miles north of Liverpool and 33 miles north west of Manchester.

The retail park is located approximately one mile north east of Preston town centre in a prominent position to the north of the A5085 (Blackpool Road). Blackpool Road links the east with the A59 and beyond to Junction 31 of the M6.

Description

Deepdale Shopping Park comprises 18 retail units, and 3 stand-alone units in the car park, including 2 restaurants. The majority of the units are arranged in two staggered, adjoining terraces forming a L-shape running along the northern and western boundaries of the site. The exception is a detached Toys R Us unit, which is located at the eastern end of the terrace.
