Canada Water
Masterplanning
We are currently involved in several masterplanning projects, including Canada Water in London’s Docklands, Regent’s Place in London NW1 and the River Don District in Sheffield. We aim to regenerate these areas, creating employment opportunities, enhancing the public realm and improving the lives of local people.
Sustainability Brief
We have implemented the British Land Sustainability Brief for Developments on all our developments since 2004.
Community consultation
We undertake in-depth stakeholder consultation on major developments, ensuring that developments meet the needs of local people.
Construction training
The National Skills Academy for Construction was launched at our Bishopsgate development in 2006, helping create an appropriately skilled workforce.
