At our properties
In 2007 we introduced our Service Charge Procurement Policy. We aim to exceed the standards set out in the RICS Service Charge Code 2007.
We have implemented our Sustainability Brief for Developments on all our new UK developments since 2004.
In 2007 we developed Biodiversity Action Plans for soft landscapes and urban areas to enhance ecosystems and make our properties more attractive places.
