Achieving recognition

 

British Land - Sustainable Developer of the Year 2007. Our 201 Bishopsgate and The Broadgate Tower developments are estimated to have 29% lower carbon emissions than current standards.

 

Eastgate Shopping Centre - National Green Apple winner 2007, for the third year. Eastgate has a rainwater harvesting system that re-uses rainwater to flush toilets and urinals reducing mains water use by 25%.

 

Meadowhall Shopping Centre- European Supply Chain Excellence Award 2007. The Accelerated Response Centre at Meadowhall provides an environmentally friendly warehousing service for occupiers.
