In 2007/08 we reduced energy use in the
areas of our portfolio we control by 21% compared to 2004/05, supporting our
commitment to become carbon
neutral.

73% of occupiers surveyed in 2007 rated
their overall satisfaction with British Land
as 'good' or 'excellent', compared to 40%
in 2005.
