Blythe Valley Park
Blythe Valley Park in Solihull offers over 111,000 m² of high specification office space set in over 170 acres of beautiful parkland. It is currently home to 13 companies, employing over 3,000 people. In 2006 permission was granted for the second phase of the development which will create an additional 74,322 m² of high quality office space, surrounded by a 14 hectare extension to the countryside park.
