Poor performing properties were identified. Checks carried out of data accuracy, appropriateness of the benchmark for the site and whether the property was in fact a poor energy user. Seven properties were then selected for an energy survey. Improvement recommendations will be taken forward during 2007. |

Members of the Broadgate Environmental Working Group identified carbon emissions relating to their buildings, adopted a Carbon Emission Reduction Charter and continue to review ways of reducing carbon emissions. The Working Group members occupy more than 60% of the office space at Broadgate. |
