Advertise all Centre vacancies in the local communities 2,000 Job Sheets distributed each week in the Centre and posted to local community groups. Positions also advertised in local job centres and on the Meadowhall Website. Job fairs held in the Centre.

Implement a reading and writing skills programme at The Source for Centre employees 32 Meadowhall staff are being supported with literacy skills using Skills for Life funding. In 2007 this will be extended to include retailers’ employees.
