We invest in and develop high-quality buildings in prime locations and then manage them focusing on customers’ needs at every stage. Our portfolio is focused primarily on high quality retail locations ({NUM|RETAIL%}) and central London offices ({NUM|OFFICES%}), and we also have expertise in residential and leisure property. We own properties directly, as well as through investment funds and joint ventures.
