Our portfolio comprises an attractive mix of high quality buildings in well-managed environments, along-side a significant pipeline of development projects.
Our aim is to create properties with 'enduring appeal' to occupiers. We achieve this through focusing on property location, design, overall costs to occupy and environmental credentials, as well as the way in which they are managed and maintained. We aim to provide occupiers with properties which, whilst satisfying their current needs, are flexible enough to adapt to their future needs and are environments in which they, and the local communities they work among, can thrive.
Increasingly, our offices are mixed-use including retail and residential elements.
The majority of our assets are in three office campuses: Broadgate which is in the City, and Regent’s Place and Paddington Central which are in the West End.

Development plays an important role in our offices and residential businesses. We have recently completed 6 buildings across the City and the West End and have a significant pipeline of further projects which are either underway or which we may commit to over the next year to eighteen months.
