Our Offices portfolio comprises our three London campuses at Broadgate, Regent’s Place and Paddington Central as well as high quality standalone buildings in well-connected and well-managed locations. Our campuses are increasingly mixed use, with retail, leisure and residential space in attractive, engaging environments, with places to relax outside the office. Our standalone portfolio enables us to develop and trade opportunistically to provide liquidity and enhance returns.

We recently launched a new flexible workspace brand, Storey to respond to growing demand for flexible space, both from the increasing number of SMEs in London and our current occupiers. Leveraging our knowledge and expertise, Storey space will be available across our campuses and other existing assets.

The ease of doing business in London, its intellectual capital, culture, diversity and reputation for innovation underpins its long term appeal as a global business and cultural centre, and its capacity to evolve is well established. London has proved to be a magnet for growth sectors including media and technology, which are the largest component of take up in central London. This trend is influencing the type of space we are providing, with a growing emphasis on flexibility, co-working and wellbeing, with environments which are compatible with the way people’s work and leisure time overlap.
