We have built up a competitive advantage in large scale, mixed use developments, where we can leverage our network and our experience to deliver outstanding spaces, which are well integrated with local communities.
The majority of our development has been focused on London, and includes 5 Broadgate at our Broadgate Campus, 4 Kingdom Street at Paddington Central and Clarges, our residential-led mixed use development in Mayfair. In Retail, our strategy has been to invest in our existing assets through retail and leisure extensions. We have completed a number of schemes at Glasgow Fort and are on site at New Mersey, Speke. Longer term our development plans include extensions at Drake Circus, Plymouth; Meadowhall and Eden Walk, Kingston where we are planning a mixed use redevelopment.
