The purpose of this section of the website is to allow anybody to offer a property or a portfolio of properties to British Land although, registered Propex users can also offer properties via the Propex site.
To "Offer us Property" please read and then confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions relating to access to this section of the website by clicking on the link below. The Terms and Conditions (this will open a new window) make it clear that British Land is under no obligation to evaluate, make you an offer for, or otherwise deal with any property whose details are submitted.
Once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions (this will open a new window) you will be asked to submit various details including your name, address and other contact details together with various details of the property or portfolio of properties you wish to submit to British Land. Whilst some information is optional, various information requested is mandatory and these are marked *.
After receiving your submitted information we will review the details provided. We will then reply to you, by email, to acknowledge receipt of the information including a summary of the information submitted, so that you are able to correct or update any errors. In due course, British Land may, but is not obligated to contact you again to inform you whether we will be considering your property further.
